Lab Acces and Transportation

Off-Site Lodging Attendees:

  • Driving and Parking
    • If you've registered for the collaboration before Friday, October 11, your name will be on the list of attendees for the whole week.  If you plan on driving, you can pull up at the gate and show a valid picture ID.  The security guard will give you your parking permit and can direct you to Building 50 - Auditorium.
  • Lab Shuttle
    • Take the Blue Shuttle located on the corner of Addison and Shattuck (in front of Scandinavian Designs), tell the driver that you want to go the Building 50 - Auditorium.
    • First time riders - Please bring a printed copy of your Registration Receipt/Confirmation (from your email). You need to show the receipt and a valid picture ID (or passport) to the shuttle driver in order to ride the shuttle on Monday, October 14. 
    • Check-in and Name Badge - You need your name badge in order to ride the lab shuttle again.  Your name badge will serve as your shuttle pass for the remainder of the collaboration meeting.  It is valid to use from Monday-Saturday (10/14-10/19), from 6:30AM-9:30PM.  You can retrieve your name badge when you check in at the registration desk.
